Eligibility for Return

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed;
  • Have all original tags attached;
  • In its original packaging.

Please note that you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select "Orders"
  3. Select the order you would like to return or exchange
  4. Request a return or exchange.
  5. Select the item(s) returning and the reason for return.
  6. If you are exchanging an item, select the item you would like to receive instead.

Please note that it may take up to 3-5 days to complete a return or exchange request. Our courier will contact you by phone or SMS to schedule a pick-up, so please make sure to take their calls.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, ensuring that it is eligible for return (as per the Eligibility criteria stated above), we will process your refund instantly. For ease and speed, refunds can be processed through Instapay or bank transfer.
