Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you are unable to do that, please contact us at info@rednm.shop or DM us on instagram. Our courier will then contact you to schedule a pick-up. Once we receive the item and ensure that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund immediately.

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different one. The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
